OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE GUIDELINES
We truly want you to love using Greencleani! If an item arrives damaged, seems defective, or isn't what you ordered, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. We'll gladly help arrange an exchange or replacement to get things right. To ensure a smooth exchange process and keep things sustainable, please reach out to our friendly support team within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and still in its original packaging, snug in its complete set, returned just as you received it without alterations or new damage. However, please understand that to be fair and mindful of hygiene and environmental impact, we typically can't accept items that have been used, altered, or damaged after arrival. Items need their original packaging for a safe return journey, and requests made after the 7-day window are difficult to process accurately. As we encourage conscious consumption, we also don't offer returns for simple change-of-mind.
REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE: IT'S EASY!
Requesting an exchange is easy! To get started, simply pop an email to our Customer Support team at ad.greencleani@gmail.com within the 7-day window. Please include your proof of purchase (your order number is perfect!) and a note about the issue (a photo helps with damage!). We'll reply with simple instructions for the next steps. Once an item arrives back, our team will carefully check its condition based on the guidelines above. If everything aligns, we'll get a replacement product organized and sent out, helping you continue your plastic-saving journey! Regarding return shipping costs, if a return is needed due to damage, defect, or our error, we will cover the cost and provide details when you contact us. In the rare instance an item doesn't meet our return guidelines (like if it's been used), we'll reach out to explain why we unfortunately can't process the exchange.

Our eco-conscious approach focuses on exchanges, not refunds. To support our reusable system and minimize waste, we ensure you have the right Greencleani products through exchanges or replacements, rather than offering cash refunds. Our goal is to keep you stocked with effective, sustainable solutions! Regarding timing, we're committed to being quick and aim to process approved exchanges and dispatch your replacement within approximately 7 business days after receiving and checking the returned item.
PUMP & NOZZLE REPLACEMENTS
We know that with lots of happy cleaning ("too much love!"), reusable parts like our Hand Soap Pumps and Cleaning Spray Nozzles might eventually lose functionality over time. We want you to keep refilling! If your pump or nozzle stops working properly within 100 days of your original purchase, we're happy to offer a free replacement for that part. To request one, please reach out via the "Contact Us" form or link usually found at the bottom of our homepage, letting us know about the issue (having your original order details handy is helpful!).
